PorscheReviews of porsche.com

Waited a year for my first Porsche due to factory reset. Ordered new one in Aug21 still no sign of it and no communication from Porsche whatsoever. Clearly not improved in last three years and just astonishingly bad for premium brand.

Not all Porsche dealerships are the same, as I’ve found. If only they were all like Dick Lovetts at Tewkesbury. A genuinely personal experience where they listen and even remember what was discussed. Wouldn’t charge me for my MOT … would send me an unsolicited video of my car’s vehicle check and call me periodically. Most of all they gave a damn, had time for a chat and inspired a confidence I’d lost from previous dealership encounters. Having good facilities and equipment isn’t a substitute for a good business ethos. This dealership has the lot it seems to me.

New car ordered August 2021 for March 2022 delivery. Heard nothing from them between that time and the present regarding my order, no updates or communication whatsover. Now left chasing them with no reply, not even an acknowledgment. First new Porsche I’ve ordered, really disappointing customer service levels and based on this, my worst car buying experience in 30 years.

If you value, honesty, respectfulness, upholding basic customer care qualities, you would not be purchasing a vehicle from Reading Porsche. My advice to any prospective Porsche customers is to give them a wide berth and head to Swindon or Cardiff, this was the forth Porsche I have purchased, never again.

If there is one business that you need to AVOID AVOID on this planet, it would be Porsche (or mother company VW in General)!!!!! Disrespect, arrogance and extremely bad quality in recent years!!!!!!!!!

Porsche UK need a root and branch review of their terrible customer service centre. From top to bottom they have poor response time, ignore emails, ignore specific requests/actions & haven't got a clue about UK consumer legislation. First and last Porsche car I will ever buy and I try to put people off buying into a formerly prestige brand.

Void Porsche I bought my Maccan S in September I had such nightmares with Porsche company regarding monthly payment , they charged me twice in December and tried to take another payment today 10 th January since September I can say easily be on the phone every month for several hours and still they looking to it to find what is wrong I’m so fed up 3 months in my agreement I want change my car

Stay away from buying from Porsche, especially the Taycan. We bought a brand new Taycan this year, had it for 2 months and it's riddled with safety issues. The dealer we bought it from threw their hands up and gave up on the repairs and now Porsche North America is telling us they can't do anything, we are stuck with a lemon. 35 recalls alone this year, it's sad and disgraceful that this brand has suffered so badly. DO NOT BUY from them, their prices have gone up and quality has come down and their service centers are so overloaded, they have no loaners are taking weeks to even start your repairs. Worst customer experience ever. Just do yourself a favor and stay away!!!
