Not only do we get a good price on the product, but the response time & shipping are top rated. It's so easy, I make a call after hours, leave a message to send, charge my Credit Card and within 2-3 days ... the product is at my door. What can be better. Thank you...smooth transaction, nice people & support.

I have 2 dachshunds that can be stubborn about rain, heavy dew or just frost. I keep the poopee pads down for those "no way" days.

The product is great and customer service is awesome! Delivery is fast and if ever there is a problem, which was once in 3 years, they fix it immediately! I started using this company to help out a friend with supplies and then started using them for my pups! No better product around!

Totally disappointed on my last order. The pads were useless and leaked thru onto the floor. All 400 pads. Will not buy again.
