I had a good experience with them until my last order which was my last order with them due to this experience. Dr. Stahl, I just saw your response. I came to me by accident, I was reviewing another company. I believe my correspondence was with Jerry, there was a small problem, and he was going to give me a small credit and said he would call me on Monday for my credit card #. I never heard back from him. So if $8, meant more to him than a satisfied customer, he no longer has me a a customer. Basically, I placed an order for 2 boxes of pads, I didn't get a confirmation so I ordered it again, then I got two confirmations together. I quickly sent another email not to send both orders.The next day I received both others. I contacted him and he offered to take them back, and I said I would keep them but I think I should have the 4 box price. He said he would give it to me and would call me on Monday for my credit card number. I know you have my phone number because you left a message on my answering machine. And your billing dept. also had my credit card number. I thought I was nice to say I would keep them, gave you a sale for two more boxes and saved you the cost of freight to take them back. So for $8, or less you lost a long standing customer that purchased a lot of pee pads. These two orders were for 4 boxes of large sized pads, total order $150. Previously I was ordering 3 boxes of smaller peepads that each had 300 peepads, so that was 900 about every 2 months. He did you no favors.

I like these pads, my dog likes them, as well. Different sizes, different thickness. Great values. purchase the extra large for a bottom layer and then put a regular size pad on top. That way there is room for error.

Very reasonably priced. One of very few places that sells oversized pads. Delivery was always extremely quick. Poopeepads was a life saver when my dog was incontinent.

The wee pads aren't the best that's out there but they do the job. Can't beat the price. The "satisfaction guarantee" is a joke as it costs at least a third of the price of the original order to return -- making it an unrealistic option. They fail to tell you that ahead of time and I found that out the hard way when I accidentally ordered the economy pads instead of the deluxe. I'm still stuck with 900 pads (I normally order 3 boxes at a time) that are simply unusable in my own personal scenario, and bear in mind, I own a chihuahua. All things considered, I keep coming back.

I would definitely recommend PooPeePads to others. It is a great product and great service. I always receive my order within one to two days!
