This printer is exactly what was advertised - affordable, mobile and easy to use. I don’t mind the grainy appearance of photos - it adds a vintage feel to journaling. It’s just fun, fast and has lots of cute options on the app.

Not a very impressive device. I “splurged for the 300dpi” and the resolution is still junk. I got it to use for travel journaling and my backpacking treks, so it’ll do the job, the sticker rolls side margins are unequal and inconsistent from print to print. I probably would’ve gone with a mobile kodak photoprinter, but I didn’t realize they had a pocket version

Hi Ryan, thank you for your feedback and we're sorry if you felt that way. Have you tried to clean the print head to make it better? Or of you're into prinintg images, have you also tried the Special Photo Paper roll (which is perfect when printing images). It betters or it enhances the quality of the image when using this paper roll. Could you kindly contact our friendly customer support team at [email protected], for us to help you to do basic troubleshooting steps, please? We're looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks again! PoooliPrint™ Support Team https://www.poooliprint.com/
Olivia
Much lower quality than what the website shows for the “higher quality” 300 dpi printer. Not a clear image at all, and significantly darkened. Also, you can’t return an open printer, so if you want to try it out to see if you like it, they won’t take it back. Some “happiness guarantee” - how am I supposed to know if I’m happy with a product I haven’t used?!
Response from PoooliprintApr 4, 2023
Hi Olivia, We're sorry for the inconvenience and we understand where you are coming from if this item does not meet your hopes but this is a thermal printer and the results you are getting align with what is stated on our website. Please reach out to our friendly customer support team at [email protected], for us to help you to do basic troubleshooting steps. Also, we are only able to process a replacement or refund after we have performed some tests and confirmed that your product qualifies. We understand this is a disappointment for our customers and hope that you will understand that we do not sell opened products which other businesses do to. I hope this helps! Thanks again!
