Hi Kc, We appreciate your honest review. I understand the inconvenience. The estimated delivery time frame is 3-21 business days once the package has been handed over to your country's local carrier. Also, we have 5 business processing days before an order gets shipped. This means that your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after it was created. We have 3 different warehouse located in the US, CZ and Asia. Please be advised that we reserve the right to ship from our international warehouse from time to time based on the item(s) you ordered & inventory in our overseas warehouses. This is stated in our FAQs in the website here, https://www.poooliprint.com/apps/help-center#hc-i-live-abroad-will-i-get-charged-customs-duty-or-taxes. Please let us know if we can help you with anything further, and thank you for taking time out of your day to leave us this super kind review. Dear Janine, We are sorry for this inconvenience. While over 95% of the items that we sell are shipped from our U.S inventory, in some cases if the items you ordered aren't available in our U.S inventory, we do ship from our factory in China. This is something we stated on our website FAQ, here: https://www.poooliprint.com/apps/help-center#hc-i-live-abroad-will-i-get-charged-customs-duty-or-taxes This rarely happens but when it does we usually split the order to ship available items from the U.S and the remaining of the order separately. Also, no worries about the return. Our offices and return address is in the U.S so you can return your order to the U.S. This being said, I checked your order and it's on it's way and should get delivered to you shortly. Shipping from China is indeed fairly quick as we use a reliable and truste carrier to ensure you get your items delivered quickly. Thanks for your purchase. Regards, Poooliprint Support Team
