Good service

For the past 18 years I have been buying parts for my pool system. From complete products to individual parts, Pool Supply World has always had the parts I needed and their pricing matches or beats their competition. Shipping has always been fast and free and I have been telling all of my friends and clients about PSW. Thank You for understanding what Customer Service is all about. Have a great NEW DECADE

I used their site to select new grids for my Pentair filter. I received and when I try to install they where too short, and did not have the locking mechanism the Pentair has. I spent over 2 hours trying to get them to fit with no luck. boxed them all back up and I returned and they refused them saying that they had be used because they had DE from the sides of the tank on them. If they would have been usable I would have kept them! but they where unusable thus never used!

The packaged arrived in a timely matter. Thank you.
