On June 25
On June 25, 2020 I purchased from your company a Raypak E3T water heater. After installation I needed technical support to get the unit running. Due to Covid-19 I was unable to get such support anywhere in the USA & Canada. I contacted your associate Asa Strong and explained my predicament, he flatly refused to help. Although, he gave me the telephone number of RaypakUSA, in California, which I had tried already without getting anybody on the phone or a call back. Your customer service needs improvement quite frankly, it stinks. I would not recommend your company to any other person. Theo Prystawik

Mr Prystawik, Let me start by saying I sell the Raypak spa heater, but I have never installed one, never worked on one and have never held one. Here is what I can tell you about the Raypak spa heater, it has an intake valve and an out take valve, it has a heating element, it is 220 volt and requires a 60 amp breaker. I did not tell you I "would not help you" I told you I "could not help you" with any technical assistance. I was here and answered the phone. I did provide you with the phone number for Raypak, because Raypak is responsible for providing technical assistance. Seems to me your displeasure is directed at the wrong source. Raypak did not pick up the phone and Raypak did not provide assistance with a Raypak product. I did answer the phone and did provide you with the proper information for dealing with your issue. Honestly great
Honestly great! Asa is very on point, very honest, and always answered when I had a question. No regrets here! And I used my pump all summer long and it works great!

unit works great
unit works great. no issues with install. All plastic exterior is concerning.The cowling(front cover) over the controls was warped and vibrated so much it was much noisier than the compressor. I contacted service. Talked to a very nice person who said she would contact engineering and get back to me. She did. Their solution was for me to drill new holes in the cover and reattach. Don't think you should have to re-engineer something you pay that much money for. Didn't work anyway. I put window sealer on the body of the unit under the cowling to absorb the vibration.

We were unaware of this issue, but agree that you should not have to re-engineer a new unit. Sorry you did not contact us so we could try to do something about it. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase.

Best purchase we have made for our…
Best purchase we have made for our pool. We have used our pool more this year then combined in the last 4 years. Once we got the water heated, it hardley ever runs.
