Replaced a Hayward heat pump that busted after the 2 weeks of sub freezing temps we had. The gentlemen I dealt with was helpful, responsive and gracious. The only issue was that the power supply burnt up on my unit within a couple of days because they didn’t have a wire torqued down. It burnt completely through the wire. Couldn’t use it for several days because we had to get a local HVAC guy to look at it and he found the problem that he stated was just poor quality control. However they fixed it and I was up and running. Seems to heat the pool better than I expected. Again, I got good responses from the company and would likely purchase from them again if needed. But I hope that wont be for several years.

Everything went great, but just a little less than perfect. Asa was amazing! And the heater is awesome! I suggest a little more instruction on the tilt meter on the shipping carton, I wasn’t aware that there could be different levels of how serious the shipment was tilted. But a couple of phone calls between the manufacturer and the shipping company, and we worked it all out. Be prepared, the heater is a lot heavier than you think, the delivery truck gets it to the ground for you, but you will still need a way to transport the heater to where you will install it.

Great service before, during and after the sale. Asa and Sheri were wonderful. I did have a problem with a faulty compressor on my brand new unit, but they immediately shipped out a replacement free of charge. I highly recommend using PHP!

We have purchased and installed these heat pumps before with no issue whatsoever until our last purchase.....because we have a smaller pool we did not need a pump as large as our last one...unfortunately we were not told that the PVC piping going into the unit was smaller than the 2" pipe running everything else (pump). Now, we do not have the pressure to circulate our pool water efficiently which causes a problem being that it is now heated. I just wish we were told about this from the beginning as we would have purchased the larger pump and have zero issues.... While I appreciate your reply, I was not informed of why I would need a larger unit for a pool size that did not warrant it. Please help your future clients to understand the difference. We ordered the heater on November 19, 2022 and the first I was informed via email that the pipes inside the unit was smaller was on January 13, 2022.

Great product, shipping and install went well. Only reason for the 4 and not 5 stars was that the response from sales rep held up my opening for a few weeks but the individual had a lot going on. In the end everything worked out great
