Superb customer service with an emphasis on personalized care.

Did not know fittings needed for a hook up or inside the pump this was not communicated on purchase in order to watch video for set up and where things are I had to call company several times about different issues however everything was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction thank you

Company called me a day or so prior to delivery telling me when it would arrive. Product arrived timely. Shipper asked me to inspect it. He wheeled it to my garage. Price was reasonable. Product works well so far. No surprises. It was a pretty simple. I was kind of nervous ordering such an expensive item via truck delivery but it was fine. I would use them again.

Our order was delayed due to Covid effects on factories. Asa expedited our order as much as possible and we received our heat pump and VS pump in plenty of time for spring use. Highly recommend these guys!

Responsive and knowledgeable. Easy to deal with and best price on the internet. I highly recommend! Fast shipping to Louisville, KY and if you are wondering, heat pumps work great here. Opened our pool on April 15th and went from 61 degree water when we pulled of the winter cover to 80 degree in just a couple days. Pool blanket is a must to maintain temps but super happy

Knowledgeable, accessible, and excellent customer service!

The heat pump I purchased worked exactly as they said it would set up was easy and they were there to answer all my questions great pump great service would recommend them to anybody

Very pleased with everything. Communication was handled excellently. We had some delivery time shifts but that was due to scheduling and work loads. I would recommend your service to anyone. Thanks
