Nice unit, quiet and didn’t pull as many amps as I expected. Overall very satisfied.

AquaCal Tropical 115 Heat Pump
I had to replace my 12 year old heat pump and eventually decided on the AquaCal Tropical 115 Heat Pump. I haven't installed the unit yet but I am hoping (from all of the great reviews) that it will work as expected. Both my shopping, shipping and delivery service was top-notch -- excellent customer service on both sides.

ASA Strong and team are super awesome
ASA Strong and team are super awesome! We are delighted with how well the HE125 heats our pool. It’s been on since March 20 2021 heating the water to 88 F during temps low as 48F. I have already referred a neighbor to your company. Regards, Mark Stalfort Wilmington NC

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service, value, & shipping. I felt comforted when the salesperson told me that if the carton was damaged in any way, to reject it and they would ship out another unit right away. I bought a Gulfstream HE 150 and I am very happy with it. May 3rd in Massachusetts, and we have been using our pool for 2 weeks! we usually don't start using it until June.

I had to go with a Gulfstream.
The pool heater that came with our house was a Gulfstream Pool Heater. It was so old that servicemen that came to work on it before it died, could not find a model or serial number. I figured if it ran that long, it must be a good brand. That more than any other reason was why I decided to purchase another one for replacement. That and the prices were very competitive with everyone else and they were built nearby in FL. The installation team was very professional and reasonable in price too. I felt I got a great deal.

Thank you so much George for leaving a review. Good to know about that old Gulfstream pool heat pump!
