Excellent customer service Excellent knowledge of my needs Did not try to sell me anything I did not need told me pros and cons of many different models I chose to buy an oversized model because of the insides definitely recommended my pool is still under construction hoping to fire her up this week. Everything went great
Everything went great, but just a little less than perfect. Asa was amazing! And the heater is awesome! I suggest a little more instruction on the tilt meter on the shipping carton, I wasn’t aware that there could be different levels of how serious the shipment was tilted. But a couple of phone calls between the manufacturer and the shipping company, and we worked it all out. Be prepared, the heater is a lot heavier than you think, the delivery truck gets it to the ground for you, but you will still need a way to transport the heater to where you will install it.

Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear you had a great experience with Asa and are enjoying your new heater. We appreciate your feedback on the tilt meter instructions and the heater's weight. We'll certainly take your advice into account and work on improving our guidance. If you have any questions in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. Enjoy your heated pool! Warm regards, Poolheatpumps.com
