Waste of Money - Totally rubbish
Absolutely rubbish! Totally disappointed! I have been waiting for over a month, finally arrived last week which everything was thrown into an envelope, look cheap and everything is made in China, this is the bigger disappointment for me. The worst thing is it doesn't hold the hair at all, no matter tied it in one, by section, high, low, any position, it DOESN'T HOLD THE HAIR AT ALL, even worst than the hair tie I usually use. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND IT IS APPARENTLY A SCAM!! I would give a minus star if I could! TOTALLY RUBBISH!

I bought 4 of the pony-o classic and I absolutely adore them! I have a flat head and super straight flat hair, when I use a regular hair tie, it looks like i m going bald when I have my hair up in a pony tail! Pony-O is exactly what i have been missing out my whole life, it gives me extra volume and length, its super easy to use and holds on to my hair very well! Highly recommended it if anyone struggles with volumised look when you are in day-100 without a hair wash 😹

I would give it a zero if I could. Have been waiting for over a month. Now my order seems to have arrived in Australia when I live in Europe ... they take your money dont send the product and delete all of the bad comments on their Facebook page ... if you don't believe me go check it out. There is not one bad comment on their page. They delete everything within seconds! Stay away this is worse than any back ally shop on alibaba

They do what they promise!
I saw the ad so many times on Facebook and Instagram that I had to buy them! I was not disappointed with the product: it holds my hair perfectly, without tearing them and the pony stays on for hours and looks amazing. I had to but the large size because my hair are very long and quite thick. Just 4 stars because they are a bit expensive imo, especially because of the shipping... The shipment took about 3 weeks, which is ok considering that I live in Italy. In the end, I would totally buy them again.

I came across Pony O on Facebook. It was an advertisement. I received mine today and it is very good, different and does not creases the hair. The customer service is very kind, professional and friendly. I will definitely order again.
