I had bought these for my daughter a few years back. She has thick hair and said they work OK but don't really stay in place without readjusting them. I had kept one regular size in the leopard print. So recently I saw they had a smaller size now and thought they would work for my thin. They are Not smaller they are bigger than the old regular size. I want Pony O to make smaller ones for thin hair, kids, ponytails, ect... Look at the picture I took of them next to the old one. I can't use these so explain this Pony O the proof is it the picture and you owe me 3 in the Smaller Size🤔 Thank you

I finally got the product, and it’s good for thin hair so I’m happy with it. But, the shipping cost, especially to Norway, is way too high! I ended up paying a total of $70 for products worth $45. All because of the additional taxes and fees on the Norwegian border! It’s way too expensive for us, too bad because the product itself is good…

I ordered the original pony o and a bun barz. Delivery was slow and expensive. The pony o is good, it holds my wavy, fine hair well. I cannot get to grips with the bun barz though - I've watched various videos but still find that the ends of the bun barz come apart quickly, and my hair falls out of it.

This company does not back their product. I purchased in January, wrote to them in September that it broke. The internal metal was no longer connected. Their answer? They offer 10% off the purchase of a new one and it is designed to wear out after so many uses. I barely use it! How is that good for the environment? Will not purchase more and do not recommend. Update 8/19/2022-response to PonyO: I didn’t use it more that 50 times and stored it flat. I do not recommend a company that does not back their product or help buyers. I did receive a call from the CFO today and he is sending me a new one based on my usage. I really appreciate the personal call.

I must say it was expensive to get shipped to Australia with additional tax and shipping charges. It took a while to arrive than expected. Product does not hold hair till end of my dance practice but i love the bling ringz. Its fancy

Did I really pay E40 on total trash? Yes I did and I feel like an idiot now. I hope this review prevents you from making the same mistake! Disclaimer: I'm not trying to give a negative review. I like the Pony O, but I feel like I didn't see enough reviews that list pros and cons. I bought the Pony O, the Pony 2.0, and a Bun Bar. I have fine, silky hair, and even though it's not that thin it feels like I don't have a lot because of its texture. I also don't put product in my hair very often. I will say that using this product for a ponytail is easy, and for a bun it works well too (and I've been using it every day.) However, the real reasons I bought this product were a) I'm not good at doing my hair, b) my hair refuses to stay if I try something fancy, and c) I wanted an easy way to do fancy hairstyles. So far, I have been really disappointed. I've had these for a week now and I've been practicing every day, and I still can't do a french twist or a french roll. I literally tried to do a french roll for an hour yesterday, and it would not turn out. If you have hair like mine that doesn't have a texture that will stay, it's going to turn into a butterfly style. It feels secure and nice, but when I see the end result I'm so frustrated because it doesn't look good. Maybe if I had great mirrors so I could see what I was doing or if someone did it for me it would be better, but on my own it's not pretty. The other issue is that they say it's not damaging to your hair, and while I think comparatively that's probably true, it still pulls. There's just no way you can put something rubber (or silicon? I don't know) in your hair and not pull out strands when it comes down. Especially with the bun bar hair gets caught in there and it hurts when you take it down if you're not super careful. Granted, the material is what keeps it from slipping, so it's a double-edged sword I guess. Overall, I'd say with silky, fine hair it's good if all you're looking for is a way to make your hair look thicker in a pony or a bun. I'm still going to keep using it for my everyday look! But if you want it to look like the girls in the videos, you're going to end up really bummed.

I don't not have a complaint about shipping and buying process, they came in quick (I live in the US). So at first I really liked this to give it a 4 or 5 star even but the more I wear it I realize it can get loose at times and have to re-adjust it. Which is mostly fine, but you have to get it just right to get a tight hold and even then it will eventually start to loosen up. It works better than a normal ponytail holder but for the price, I don't know, it could be a little lower since it didn't really advertise what it said it was going to do. For note, I also have medium density hair and it could be pulling it down some. Probably better to go with the XL one for thick hair for sure or only use for pretty thin hair.
