Bad bad bad store set up now! Amazon only?! Where’s the SITE???
I LOVE the ones I have and a few of them the metal inside has broken. I’m waiting for my hair to grow back out but wanted to order more and here is where you lost 3 stars. Amazon is the only choice now and you have NO CHOICE. I wanted a medium gold and a medium silver metallic. To get those I have to order bundled with colors or thin bands neither of which I want!!! Make a way to buy them individually and I’ll up my stars back to 5!!!

Almost perfect
I ordered the ponyo and bunbarz and my hair is so thick scrunching the bunbarz doesn't keep it together. I even purchased the how to guide and I can see how it would work for hair less thick but I cannot get it to stay. It would be better in my opinion if there was an XL bunbarz and even better if there was a way to connect both ends after it rolled before the last scrunch. It's a product I would use daily if it were large enough and had a way to secure it.

I don't recomment pony-o
I don't recomment pony-o... especially if you have fine hair as I do... I have 1.5y old son and I bought pony-o that it will hold... not truth... I need to remake it every 20min or so. Bun equipment (forgot the name) is even TOOOOOO BIG for my fine type of hair. And if you randomly fall asleep with pony-o, it is a big headache because it is so hard in your head... Sadly I definitely don't recommend it, I was really looking forward to try it out p.s. I ordered slim version, anyway not working for fine type of hair

Don't know if it works/ customer service stinks
I've ordered two standard sizes pony-o. I had trouble getting my fingers in to pull hair through. I thought that maybe they'd accidentally sent the small size for partial ponytails. I've contacted the company twice through email and one voice message...no response. I've tried to work with it, but it does not squeeze tight enough to hold the hair in place. I struggle to keep it close enough to the scalp to make it stay in place. When I tried to bend the sides in, I don't have enough material to bend, which again is making me think it's a small size.... but I will never know since I don't receive customer service.

Waste of money
I got a total of 3 uses out of this before it became bent out of shape and unusable My own fault for falling for the tik tok trap! Waste of money

We suggest taking an item, such as a pen or a sharpie, and run it along the inside in a circular motion to straighten the copper inside! ✏️You can also use the warmth of your hands. No good for fine hair
Took a few weeks to arrive. When they did I was disappointed. The pony-o won't stay put in my hair despite squeezing hard. It slides out my fine hair and you then can't pull it tight again like a normal bouble, you have to take it right out and start again. Not practical at work. The bun bar doesn't close at the end, I thought it would have a closing mechanism. It also falls off.

Impossible but I can send some links to some videos that could help it really is just slightly different to apply but those little differences make or break it's ability to hold. I really want to love pony-o and it’s…
I really want to love pony-o and it’s awesome the first two or three times but WILL NOT hold after that. Sad because the idea is awesome.

I am sorry but it sounds as though you were sold a China knock off the real PONY-O should last 100's of uses, if the color of the metal was silvery grey and not the color of a penny it was a copy! The only legit PONY-O's are shipped from Colorado USA and ordered from ponyo.com I am sorry

Useless
Useless, holds my hair well only If I wear a hair tie under that, which is kind of counterproductive.
