He realizado el pedido el 22/12 y es verdad que han tardado en llegar, casi 1 mes...tambien he de decir que esperaba mejor calidad de la suela, pero bueno no son para caminar ya que mi bebe de momento gatea y lo usa en la cole para q no se le enfrie los pies. He comprado la talla 6-12 meses y para mi bebe de 10 meses le quedaban grande x lo cual he realizado el cambio.

I received 2 pair of the warmest boots ever. Unfortunately my baby has giant feet and they were small for him. However the company offered a free size guarantee service to match the right size. Can't wait to wear them!

in theory they say still delivering but taking forever, bad communication, seem to ship directly from China. now bombarded with chinese emails but no shoes. Buy similar on Amazon or elsewhere. These guys are not good.

Very disappointed of this company! Passed over 2 weeks and still no information where is my delivery. Costumer service keep lying and telling in 3 to 5 work days for the second time. I want my money back!! I need shoes for this winter, not for the spring!
