The shoes I ordered are of great quality and look amazing, too. I needed to get 2 pairs in a different size and customer service was really quick to reply and offer a free exchange. Can't wait to receive them now :)

Great customer service! I realized the shoes wouldn’t fit soon after ordering and the customer service team was quick to reply. Once we confirmed the shoes didn’t fit, they worked quickly to send a replacement. We can’t wait to try the shoes once they arrive!

I ordered one shoes to try for my 1 year old in size 13-18m. It took 2 weeks and nothing came, not even the send confirmation. So I contacted them and they informed, these shoes are out of stock and they will send them as soon as possible. Then few days passed and I got the shoes and also they had added some gifts (corner protections) in the parcel as well, that was very sweet :3 Unfortunately the shoes are waay too big so I contacted again and turns out, I can have a free shipping for free right size shoes! How perfect is that? Otherwise the shoes are very cute and good for babies feet, can’t wait to have my baby walk in these!

I purchased 3 pair of shoes for my baby, however I had to contact their customer service as one of the pair was bigger in size than expected. I received instant response from the customer service team and they offered to send a new pair. Overall shoe quality is very good. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice pair of shoes for their little one :)

Very cute shoes! Unfortunately they were a bit too wide for my baby’s feet, but their great customer service offered to send a new pair in a smaller size.

Bought 3 shoes that came really fast. Unfortunately, two of the winter boots purchased were small for my 2 kids. When I contacted the pompons, they offered free return and correct size shoes. Best customer service ever. Really love the shoes, they are cute, soft and comfortable for walking.
