Pompeii3 is a scam. I ordered my wedding ring one month before my wedding, and they guaranteed delivery in 3–7 business days. After three weeks, they still NEVER shipped it. They made a FedEx label that never moved because nothing was ever sent. I called dozens of times and sent 30+ emails — not one response. Their phone reps kept saying “support will email you,” but support never contacted me once. Some reps even hung up on me. I even filed a BBB complaint, and Pompeii3 ignored that too. Worst customer experience of my life. Avoid this company at all costs.
