Buyer Beware! Misrepresented 6 Carat Asscher Cut Ring I purchased what was advertised as a 6 carat Asscher cut diamond ring. I was excited to finally get the impressive centerpiece stone I wanted, but I was extremely disappointed when the ring arrived. The two side diamonds are noticeably smaller than 1 carat each, which means the total carat weight is well under the advertised 6 carats. This is not what was clearly described and pictured in the listing. I did not receive the ring I paid for. When I reached out to customer service, the experience went from bad to worse. They refused to speak with me on the phone (landline or otherwise) and would only communicate via email. Their only solution was for me to return the ring so they could "verify" the diamond sizes — even though they are the ones who made and sold the ring. At one point, I was even told I would be charged a return fee if I sent it back. This level of misrepresentation and poor customer service is unacceptable. If you're considering buying a diamond ring from this seller, think twice, because their word clearly isn't enough. Save yourself the headache and the money.

Simply put, it was an easy and wonderful experience dealing with this company. The items purchased were exactly as described and even more beautiful in person.
