Poloniex exchange is not secure. I was stolen at 1500 USD per hacker who logged into my account with 2FA, which he registered . Poloniex puts the blame on me. Flee to Bitfinex, which is more serious company. Fernando. (55-11-947978218 - Brazil)

Cannot get any support or assistance! Did verifications 6 times and then got blownout? Site has all my information including full SS #, have to enter it everything?? Really needed to make account work, NO PHONE contact number and the site keeps going back to wait 24 hours to verify even though it verified????? What's this all about! Very unhappy and getting nervous! No callbacks or anything????? They have my e-mail and phone info WOW!

its over 24 hrs my XRP deposit not shown up despite transaction completed within 5min by withdrawal exchange. Openned ticket on helpdesk not being answered over 24hrs as well. I don't even want to think about further problems may arise. Highly Not Recommended!
