My experience was good, withdrawal of a delisted coin and deposit went smoothly. Then for a 2nd time a coin was delisted and I wanted to withdraw but it was not possible. I had to finish advanced KYC first which is good so Poloniex knows who I am. What a disaster the advanced KYC. ID card front and back went smoothly but the live ID face check was failing, failing again and again. Too far away, too close, blink with your eyes. It looked like camera distance is millimeter work... Different light positions, different backgrounds.....I did it about 20 times but every time check failed message. I was worried, what if they never accept then my assets are stuck and lost. Now again failure but the 4th time it was accepted. In other reviews people complained the customer service did not reply. My experience is positive, they replied within one hour ! It was a standard copy and paste message, change light, change background but they replied very fast.

Nel 2017 ho avuto modo di utilizzare Poloniex senza alcun tipo di problema. Dopo diversi cambi di proprietà e due hackeraggi che la piattaforma ha avuto posso dire che, la mia esperienza ad oggi (Novembre 2024) con Poloniex è stata relativamente frustrante (richiedono documentazione particolarmente sensibile) ma alla fine ho ottenuto quello che mi spettava. Dopo anni che non usavo la piattaforma ho richiesto un prelievo di Ethereum e mi hanno richiesto di verificare nuovamente la mia identità con un passaporto internazionale (classico KYC) e procedure meticolose relativamente a video e foto da fornire. Dopo due scambi di e-mail, seguendo alla lettera le indicazioni del supporto, mi hanno sbloccato la piattaforma nel giro di una settimana circa e abilitato il prelievo di ETH. C'è da dire che era una somma relativamente piccola ( poco sotto ai 1000 euro); forse questo ha sbloccato in fretta la situazione in quanto la liquidità richiesta non era così eccessiva. Alla fine comunque tutto è andato per il meglio; nel giro di una settimana ho prelevato i miei Ethereum nonostante il botta e risposta con il supporto (il tutto via e-mail....). Il supporto mi ha sempre risposto il giorno successivo.

I tried to withdraw my funds today 20/05/2024 . I've got an email that withdraw canceled because my ip address has been changed. And the only way to be able to withdraw is to use the same ip and the same wallet I used to deposit. First of all my ip is dynamic and its coming from provider of my internet and the deposit address can't be the same because I used polygon network to deposit and they have suspended it ! I contacted live support multiple times and they told me that I should continue on email, I replied to email and got no answer at all. Then I complained at live chat and they ended the chat ! I am so worried to lose my funds . I already lost funds on zb.com scam exchange. But this time I will go to authorities. After couple hours I tried to withdraw again but this time didn't even got an email. Now I can't access live chat , and through the form they send me an email to not open multiple tickets. Waiting and hoping ... Edit : I've got my money back! Thanks God! But it's really frustrating what happened to me...

I give Poloniex 3 stars, because my experience was mixed and not ideal, but support resolved the issue acceptably quickly. I transferred cryptos to the site several times without problems but the last time the transfer just vanished from my history, although the tokens did arrive based on the blockchain records. This shocked me and I immediately thought of a scam. I contacted the support and they responded after a few hours and told me, that the will forward this information to the technical department. After not hearing from them for 3 days I contacted the support again and they assured me that they are processing my request. Two days later the deposit arrived. So it took 5 days to resolve the issue, which is acceptable for me, but the errors on the website should be resolved in the future to avoid such errors.

I use this wallet as temporary wallet and to swap.good thing is the fees of some Cryptos are too much low. Everything is fine till now

I had a pretty good experience in 2017-2019. Since 2019 something changed as I could see longer delays for withdrawals, I lost some funds while lending and it took Poloniex about 1 year to return the funds lost. (At least they did return that)

6th March a ETH deposit was sent to Poloniex but i still don't see it in my wallet in spite of the transaction was successfull. 19th March I posted a ticket but for today i just recieved from the support : "... I have passed this case to the team that is able to assist you." and no more further actions. Ticket ID: 1328082 UPD. Few days later the problem has been fixed.

Poloniex finally released my funds after 1 1/2 weeks of waiting. Changing from 1 star to 3 stars. Not good enough! Poloniex froze my account without reason and asked me to re-verify using their app. I have been waiting well over one week now with no reply. Before the freeze, I managed to withdraw half my funds. I still have thousands locked with them. I originally verified with them many years ago. I have traded many, many times on their platform. No problems with them taking fees! Now they have gone all quite. DO NOT USE. SCAM!
