The actual exchange is not too bad but the support is totally non existent. If you are going to use it, ensure that everything is set up before you put any coin in and test the full process. This should absolutely include raising your trading limit if required. My request to have the limit raised has been waiting for 6 weeks with no feedback, no way of escalating and no sign of anything changing. With the limit in place it will take me at least 35 x separate withdrawals each with a minimum of 24 hrs gap to get my coin out.

Very bad Support, Deposit not working, lost money. Support doesnt care. Use another service, and STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

They are seriously lacking in customer support. 50% of the public chat (called the "TrollBox") is customer support follow-up requests. It's not uncommon for people to complain about 20+ day waits. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for Tier 3 verification, and despite putting in a ticket request, not a single acknowledgement has been provided for weeks. The one redeeming feature is their public chat system which allows all registered users to chat with each other in a single, fast paced, chat environment (the aforementioned Trollbox). However, this was just shut down "indefinitely" yesterday in an effort to fold the mods over to the much needed customer support. All hard earned reps and marks were lost, and all of the relationships built into the community were immediately wiped out. Despite making millions per week on exchange fees, they have been unable to scale to the recent bitcoin/altcoin surge, and have a lot of angry customer to prove it. This is literally the very pinnacle of a poorly run site - they are successful not because of, but rather despite themselves. The growth is purely demand based, but once users start finding other local exchanges to trade on, Polo will need to earn their users back. You also cannot deposit or withdraw fiat currency. You need to use an intermediary like Tether (which has a huge shortage and therefore has a premium to buy in, which is priced in) or bring in funds through an existing crypto and then convert it over to one you like. This requires a fee to get into the parent crypto, then a few to perform the exchange, and a fee to revert and send it back out. This is how Poloniex operates and where there exchange volumes comes from and how they generate massive fees. They also significantly limit withdraws, so you can bring in as much as you want, but can only trickle it out.

Pretty decent exchange, you can loan out coin to margin traders and make some daily interest. I personally have not had a problem as of yet

One of the worst exchanges for crypto, so much lag with no warning to withdrawal issues, my account was hacked luckily they stopped it, but i think it was suspect, why cos they told me my email was hacked, but i checked the logs with not a single login from a suspicious ip and unless they could delete their login trace i think they were telling porkies putting it politely , i find it very hard to believe.
