Not a good crypto exchange

Its been 40 days and the support is not replying my ticket ! They are scammers they froze my wallet now i cant use MY money ! This is not acceptable

Worst stock exchange, closed wallets with a coin, when it was on my account, do nothing to return the money for a month already!

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS SCAM EXCHANGE!!!! Locks accounts leaving users unable to withdraw their coins. Absolutely no customer support whatsoever - all support tickets are ignored. This exchange is owned by Circle.com - look them up on TrustPilot - their reviews are the same, stealing money, demanding ID, blackmail, scam, etc, etc. Poloniex & Circle are a SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Poloniex steal my SBD! I sent them 19 SBD and it was never credited, after 6 month and many support tickets they still aren't able to credit the coins. Poloniex is a thieve be careful!!! I will never use their service again!!!

The moment Goldman Sachs backed Circle bought Poloniex for $400 million in Feb 2018 things started going from bad to worse at the once reputable exchange. Their customer support went from bad to abysmal with a buggy interface & many users unable to access their funds due to wallets being offline for weeks/months without any real replies to tickets apart from scripted responses. Just when customers thought it couldn't get any worse, Circle/Poloniex decided to break all their promises to customers & introduce an enforced KYC. Anyone who hasn't/didn't go through the laborious & painstakingly slow/buggy verification process is now unable to access their funds, & even if they do manage to get through the verification many customers still can't access their funds due to the many "temporarily disabled" wallets - some of which have been disabled for many weeks. Of course, Circle are behind the whole KYC debacle at Poloniex but there are rumors that Circle are deliberately throttling Poloniex with a view to making a sharp exit - leaving customers in the familiar position of being shafted by yet another centralized exchange, only this time it's Goldman Sachs/Circle who are doing the shafting. No change there then.......STAY AWAY FROM POLONIEX/CIRCLE/GOLDMAN SACHS!!!!
