support ticket opened for over 2 weeks no response

Lost my coin during withdrawals even if the transaction is complete and address is correct. Do not trade on it because during withdrawal they have this huge technical error or fraud website. Customer support does not respond.

Poloniex was the first alts exchange that I joined and I can only say that the experience has been absolutely terrible. They took 6 months to verify my documents, I am not joking, it was a full 6 months! Nothing was wrong with my documents either, they were exactly the same that other companies verified right away. Then when I try to use them they do not credit my account with coins that I deposited, which the blockchain explorer says took under 10 minutes. Now half a day later, I am still waiting. Now having to deal with their poor support. Being experienced at sending and receiving coins, no errors were made on my part and the address that I sent to has the coins there, according to the blockchain explorer. A complete waste of your time. Having used Bittrex mainly for altcoins, I can wholly recommend them instead, as they are so much more advanced, efficient and hassle free. Deposits and withdrawals there happen in real time as well.

Compared to Kraken this exchange is light years better! I'm only giving it 4 stars, cause you can't link bank account and exchange fiat. Execution times are fast, good for day trading. I used kraken before and lost loads of money getting double filled, orders not going through..etc. At least with poloniex if you lose, it's because you were wrong on the trade, not incompetence from the people running the site. As far as customer service, have not had to place a trouble ticket, so have no experience there. If you just want to trade crypto and aren't worried about converting it back into fiat, this exchange is great.

Poloniex is a pain! If you don't want to get your money stuck at it, be sure to verify your account before, or they will lock you. You will not be able to withdraw ( send your coins to any other wallet). Their ID verification process is a nightmare as it does not work as it should. After a few tries that don't work they will lock you from even trying to verify your account. O don't recommend poloniex to anyone. I wish they go bankrupt, so they can pay all the trouble they caused me.

Poloniex locked me on ZERO daily limits for weeks and still counting. I'm unable to do any transfers and I panic daily, helplessly watching my fund draining thousands of dollars as market goes down: Ticket #635193. I doubt if there is any humans at the so-called Support Center.

This company is a complete disgrace. Their support is non-responsive. I have a ticket open for 5 days and counting. There is no human to interact with. Twitter also gets ignored when it comes to support. I am filing a complaint with the local authorities, the FCC, and any legal entity that protects consumers in the state of Delaware where the ghost company is incorporated. This is the big problem with crypto trading, they are completely unregulated, therefore are not being held accountable to behave in a professional and responsible manner. I have lost money because of the issue with my account and nobody at Poloniex gives a damn.
