I've been using it for 2 years but last month the 1200 XEM I had on my account dissapeared. And they don't even provide an email address or phone number to contact them. This is a real stealing

I don't know what an exchange can be worse than Poloniex. I tried even nameless small Chinese exchanges, which were disgusting, but better than Poloniex. Polo, you're drowning and nothing will help you.

1 star. Now I will explain why: 1) Poor support. To withdraw money or solve any problem you have to wait for weeks. 2) Goldman Sachs is owner of Poloniex. So Crypto Trading Platform is backed by a Bank. A bank with a poor reputation. So it plays like a bank - crypto does not need any bank. 3) All your data will be leaked to 3th side. I suppose they sell personal data to scammers and hackers. 4) The worst design I have ever seen. Only 4 points. I can continue but I really don't want to waste my time anymore with Poloniex. I do not love it. And I do not want to use it anymore. You lost a client. Another one.

It was a very good exchange until the squired by Circle . When I started trading crypto, whennever I had issue the support staff responded me efficiently. I noticed this exchange's culture changed around the time Circle (backed by Goldman Sachs)acquired Poloniex. They probably decided to provide no customer service. In fact, my ticket was closed without saying anything. . I lost factom because of this. It is a shame Poloniex was my favourite exchange it was easy to use.. I do not recommend anyone to use this excahnage any more.

Horrible customer support, shady exchange, they don't even disclose their location. They keep my assets frozen with no instructions on how to unlock them. I'm a genuine user who has active accounts with Coinbase and ItBit, and with those exchange everything is fine

Please note that they have terrible customer service. Here was my experience in the past week. We'll see if I get any resolution now. I logged in to Poloniex to check on a withdrawal. I had a problem with a withdrawal, and the message says “Complete: Error” The advice given on their site says to create a support ticket. The link takes me to a login screen that gives me the following message: “The email and password you entered does not match.” even though the username + password allowed me to log in initially. Note that no where does it say I needed to create some sort of "Support Account" I suppose, separate from my log in?? I tried to re-set the password, but no email was ever sent to allow me to. I tried to contact Poloniex in other ways (e.g. media enquiry) but no one is getting back to me. So to sum up, I have an error that requires a support ticket. I’m not able to create a support ticket. No one will get back to me.

My bad experience tells me to avoid this service. I read a lot of bad things here, I agree with you guys. Poorly.

A piece of garbage! Stay away from. Support tickets response to anything sensible is non-existent
