I purchased 2 translators. When they arrived, I opened one up and set it up properly. The 1st 2 times I used it, it worked. After that, it didn’t work. I contacted the company and I asked to return both translators for a refund. Since the 1st one didn’t work, I lost confidence in the 2nd one. I was told that I couldn’t return it because I had removed it from its packaging. Apparently, if it doesn’t work you can’t return it for a refund. How do you if it’s going to work if you don’t remove it from its packaging? I asked for a replacement, Three weeks later, no replacement. I had my friends try the other one and it didn’t work either. WOW! Imagine that! I have not been happy with everything associated with Poliglu. Buyer beware!

I am disgusted with this company and its product. It was sent from New Jersey, and when I tried to return it, the return address they gave me was Eastern Europe. USPS will not ship it via air because it contains a rechargeable battery. Why should I have to ship to Eastern Europe? This is a fraud with a faulty product that does not work as promised. DONT BUY FROM THEM! Nothing has changed. they send more emails and request more information. It is designed to frustrate returns. for example, here is one of my emails to them. Re order POL7VR6XAR This is where they reauire me to return the device for a refund Poliglu Translator Returns - Logismart Galinės g. 1, 13-14 rampa, Galinė, LT-14247 Vilniaus r., Lithuania The following is the email I sent them which was not responded to other than more admin and paperwork "USPS will not accept it because of the rechargeable battery. Further, they know returns are impossible so they try to bribe you with the following offer We recommend reviewing these offers to see if they're better than returning. Jag får inte appen att öppna sej. Hade problem att ladda ner den i min samsungA145R Lyckades i går 10/ 10 att ladda ner appen och kör lite tester Idag 11/11 så går det inte att öppna appen Har gjort flera ominstalationer av appen men nej fungera inte Överväger att skicka tillbaka den
