This company only wants your money - they don't care if you get good service or if they ruin your loved ones special event. In my case my autistic 7 year old son - I ordered him a personalised poke card with his name, age, a Pokémon type character and date of birth, 3 weeks before his birthday. Their website advised they will send you the artwork to view - they don't. I noticed after I viewed the order that the year preprogrammed into their order showed as 2024 rather than 2025 - I contacted and was advised the order would be amended - it wasn't. I then had 9 emails back and forward promising an amended card - this never happened and even the original card arrived 4 days after my son's birthday, as despite the delivery estimate they ship the item from China and it takes 3 weeks rather than the 7 days advised. So to bullet point - *Customer service is a joke *They lie to their customers *Items come from China *They take no responsibilities for errors on their part *No refunds

ARNAQUE! J ai payé 5,95€ les frais de port et là, surprise je dois repayer 10€ de frais de douane! Je ne recommande vraiment pas ce site! Car en lisant les avis je me rends compte que je ne suis pas la 1ere à qui c est arrivé

Quality's good, but I wish shipping was faster and prices to be more reasonable.

Typos on a Valentine's card...so embarrassing. They have not responded to our emails. Hard pass.

The fact that they do not allow to leave a review on their page only by email shows how sketchy they are. I purchased an Item on January 30th guaranteed delivery for Valentine's day. 1 poster and 3 poke cards. Valentine's day arrived and I did not receive it. I contacted them and asked where my order was. They literally answered: you can't be mad. Is Valentine's day and we could not finish your order. I asked for a refund. They said we give you 70 dollars back (I paid 118) and they would not send me the product. I contacted their Insurance since I paid for it and they said nothing we can do, you have to contacted them (this was 1 month later). I just gave up after so many back and forth emails and asked them just to send what I paid for. I received the product on March 14th almost 2 months after I bought it and guess what? They did not send me the poke cards. At this point they got my money and I simply gave up. The art is awful by the way.

I got exactly what i ordered. I ordered way in advance to make sure i had it in time. I think it got shipped about a week from when i ordered it. I only got a card and didn't get anything extra like a stand. Card turned out well, it doesn't look blurry or cheap, nothing is cut off.
