I recently had a “Delivered but not received” situation with one of my purchases. I have never dealt with such amazing and understanding customer service for a product. They were patient with me and helped come to a solution. I will forever be great full to them for replacing the item with no hesitation.

Such amazing customer service! My first card arrived slightly damaged, and the design wasn't to my liking, so I emailed and straight away recieved the help I needed to redesign the card and get a replacement! Suoer helpful and friendly and the card I received in the end was perfect! So detailed and the text very clear, my boyfriend loves it :)

Sono una semplice ragazza con un fidanzato troppo appassionato per i pokemon ahahaha. Ho deciso quindi di regalargli per Natale una carta personalizzata e devo dire.. sono rimasta senza parole!! La carta è spettacolare, sia nella qualità che nei dettagli. Per la mia esperienza non hanno sbagliato nulla nelle cose che avevo selezionato per personalizzarla. Avevo tanta paura onestamente data la non troppo ottima nomina che ha questo sito per quanto riguarda le recensioni che dicevano fosse una truffa, ma la verità è che è stato uno dei migliori acquisti che potessi fare e il mio ragazzo ha amato la carta. Io ho pensato di fargliela per Natale ordinandola il 30 novembre ed è arrivata in 18 giorni perché il pacco è stato fermo una settimana alla dogana a Parigi, ma è arrivato comunque in tempo quindi sono felice lo stesso. Unico contro è che non vi consiglio di prendere il sostegno di “vetro” che in realtà sembra plastica ed è opaco a differenza di come sembra trasparente sul sito quindi evitate di comprarlo. Detto questo, grazie pokepetshop per aver reso felice il mio fidanzato e me questo Natale❤️

I bought from them a little while ago, and the product is amazing! It is a bit pricey but it’s worth it! I was worried about not getting my order because I’ve seen some reviews calling it a scam and some never received their orders. But I can assure you, that they are legit and they make sure to deliver
