Wanted to order but couldnt because an annoying popup was bugging me for mail and phone number before.i was even allowed to check out their products

We ordered twice and paid for expedite service. It was for a wedding gift. Order still took over a month to come and they printed the wrong card! 2nd order never came. Messaged them a dozen times and problem is still no resolved. The quality is also low and pixelated. We are frustrated and very disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Ordered their Story of Us Binder. Ordered well in advance before their “guaranteed Christmas delivery” before Thanksgiving even and thankfully I did because it didn’t arrive until Christmas Eve. Before it arrived I got my digital copies I had paid extra for to find that they made a mistake on 2 of the cards. I contacted them and was told it was just the wrong digital link sent and they would send a new one. It wasn’t as the physical cards were also incorrect. I gave up after over a month of them pushing me off saying they would send me the new link which never came nor did fixed versions of the physical cards. I loved the cards we got regardless but the terrible customer service and lack of care to fix their mistake and just act like they would is why they don’t deserve a higher rating.

My daughter ordered one of their expensive items. Had never arrived. Messages for assistance on social media were deleted. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered cards a month in advance for Valentines and even bought the insurance offered for the package. It has never moved past order received and I got no help from the insurance and no response from the company after several emails. Not sure I'll ever receive my now 2 week late package

Ordered on black Friday and received on Jan 28th. These were supposed to be a Xmas gift. My order arrived today for the 40 cards and binder for Our Story. Printed on craft card with fuzzy printing things are hardly readable. Images are cute but like.. 2 months for something I could've used AI to create and print on my home printer for £67? Oh and my binder also didnt arrive

I’ve ordered from these twice and both times my products arrived significantly later than expected. I am an international customer so I had planned additional time for each order because of it but it was still significantly late. For my first one, I reached out 6 weeks after placing my order only to receive a response that ‘no order was placed with my email’. I thought that was odd as I remembered receiving a confirmation email even though I couldn’t find it 6 weeks later. At that point contacted my bank to begin a charge back, and then a week later it arrived. Whatever, I work in retail, mistakes happen. I canceled the charge back and accepted it was just an unlucky experience. For my second order, I purchased during Black Friday. It was a little close to Christmas so I accepted it might be a tad late based on my previous experience but hoped for the best. I reached out the week of Christmas because my order hadn’t even begin to be processed - I complained and asked why the delay as there was a 10 day delivery frame advertised on the website AND I had been receiving emails from them guaranteeing Christmas delivery right up to the Friday before Christmas (obviously for US customers). The reply I received was the next day (a Saturday) offering a partial refund. The reasoning that my order wasn’t processed for over 3 weeks? An increase in orders over Christmas. Completely understand but then why were you advertising guaranteed Christmas delivery so close to Christmas when you’re so far behind? Felt like a scam. But I’d got my products last time so I didn’t initiate a charge back, I requested to cancel for a full refund as it hadn’t been started. I didn’t receive a reply until Christmas Eve so 3 working days later - significantly longer than my initial request. My order moved to processing the morning before I received the reply so I was not able to cancel - suspiciously scummy but whatever it’s on its way. I accepted the offer for a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. When it arrived, it was not good. I bought a story of us pack and even though I had answered questions on who did what and some cards were appropriate, some use prompts that were completely wrong for our relationship which made it feel like I hadn’t bothered to do it properly when I had. But hey whatever, maybe I made a mistake. EXCEPT one card had completely different art work to our customised ones. Just a random couple instead of being customised. I was fuming. I already had a partial refund so there was no point in reaching again. I won’t ever use them again. My partner had loved our first card, I was excited to give him this pack and I was planning to do ones for our pets for his birthday. They were great gift ideas, but never again. The second back wasn’t worth what I received and definitely was not worth the wait either time

They do not live up to their words or photos. Product did not come before Christmas as it stated it would. Product is extremely poor quality. I could AI and print this better than they did. It is obviously not actually drawn by an artist as stated on their website. They did not send pictures prior to shipping for review and their customer service is not good. Do not waste your money.
