Bunch of scammers. I made an error on my customization and emailed them immediately to fix the error before the card got printed. I spoke to Aleksander several times via email. I paid an extra $10 for my mistake and they sent me the incorrect order. I know the $10 isn’t much but all the hassle I had to deal with wasn’t worth it. Their customer service is also terrible. They take several days before getting back to you. Don’t buy from here. Save your money. If you want a custom card, I suggest going to Etsy.

Ordered early November and was promised digital copies within a couple days. A month later and they have stopped answering emails or customer service questions. Still have not seen digital copies. Total scam

Pessimo Carta ordinata l'8 Ottobre arrivata il 5 Novembre, sorvolo sui tempi di consegna perché capisco che si trovano oltre oceano e non pretendo consegna in una settimana. La carta, bel materiale, peccato che la foto che avevo richiesto sia stata totalmente ignorata e ora sulla carta ho due persone che manco lontanamente ci assomigliano. Bel colpo.

I recently had a “Delivered but not received” situation with one of my purchases. I have never dealt with such amazing and understanding customer service for a product. They were patient with me and helped come to a solution. I will forever be great full to them for replacing the item with no hesitation.

I ordered an anniversary gift on their website on 23/06, this order was shipped out on 28/06 so I was hopeful it would arrive. The package was scheduled to arrive on 10/07, however, the last update received on 07/07 was that my package was in Paris. As of today, 25/07, it still says it's in Paris. I reached out to customer service on 16/07 to express my concerns and was promised they would send a new card and they would keep track to ensure I would receive my product. However, I never received a new order confirmation, I never received a new tracking link, and I'm still left without a product. The anniversary is now long past, but I got my partner super excited about this surprise. It's really disappointing that after 4.5 weeks I still haven't received my order and customer service promised something they are not actually working on.

Evitate questo sito,mia moglie ha cercato di farmi un regalo originale per la festa del papà . La carta è arrivata , ma sfortunatamente era di due fidanzatini che si giuravano amore. Adesso siamo ancora qui, ogni mese mi scrivono che la mia carta sarà spedita con la massima urgenza, ma ad oggi ancora nulla . Comunque se volete fare un regalo originale affidatevi ad altre agenzie. Did not receive the product advertised on their website. Contacted them 3 times to try and get it remediated so that the card was printed correctly. I give up.

They sent the product I purchased twice however didnt arrive. It has been almost two months of waiting time. They are not replying to my emails neither making a refund. Dont waste your money with them.
