point.meReviews of point.me

For years I'd been wondering how to use frequent flyer miles. I didn't know where to begin really until I reached out to point.me Then everything fell together in a smooth and professional way with my concierge handling all the details.

After months of unsuccessfully searching for flights with my rewards points, their concierge found us round-trip tickets. Your service was absolutely worth the cost.

Pulling reward availability from airline sites is never perfect. This service really does though solid job for the minimal monthly fee. Almost as important, they have solid support and actually address issues that customers experience. The site stopped working correctly in mobile Safari, the support team immediately accepted the feedback, and they had the issue fixed fixed in a couple of days.

James Lee, my concierge, helped me book business class round trip to Asia using my points at a bit of a late date. I was impressed with how he guided me through all the various bits that needed to come together to transfer my two different sets of points to the transfer partner airlines.

I think this could benefit a lot of people! knowing all of this and having tools and professionals to help you along the way is THE BEST THING EVERRRR

I was new to trying to maximize my points and Kevin was patient and walked me through the process. He even caught a mistake in my name and corrected it for me. Well worth the cost

I had the best experience with Roger Lee's help. He made the process so easy, streamlined gave me multiple options, so I could make the best decision for my points portfolio. He was a delight to work with and I will definitely be reaching out to him for future travel plans. Your service is peace of mind for those of us who feel a little nervous that we are doing things correctly.
