What a pointless scheme and terrible disappointment- i had such high hopes for this, especially as someone who travels international long haul 5-6 times per year. Two really big issues for me: first, I bought the premium plan and scheduled my points consultation/ search session which they offer. Sounded great in theory- I booked it and waited over a month for the next appointment...When it rolled around, I logged on...and waited. And waited. And waited the entire 20 mins session for literally noone on their side to show up. I wrote emails to natalie, to point me. No explanation- after waiting a month for this, i sat in front of an empty zoom room like someone who's time is utterly unvalued. Second, it ended up being just a giant nothing-burger of useless suggestions- both for the trips I wanted to take....and then just trying to get literally ANY trip from Miami on points in biz classs, the best it could up with was offers from over 90 days ago. Honestly, don't waste your time and money. To their credit- they refunded me the pro-rata amount after I sent a strongly worded email of complaint (though to this day I still don't know why their points consultant ghosted me without any word). Other platforms are much better than this.

Wow! First of all, l am surprised to see the negative reviews posted on here. I have the standard annual plan. By using it for three different trips, I have got my money back and a whole lot more. It is definitely user friendly. I narrow it down to the credit card points l want to use. It tells me automatically how to make it better by transferring to a certain airline or partner airlines and displays the amount needed to book it. It even tells me how much it would cost if l went directly through the credit card portal or through the other airline itself. Maybe people got the basic plan and found it frustrating for not giving more info. I don’t know But l do know is that l love it and recommend it highly.

Save yourself the time and effort, non of the flights they present are actually bookable. Then try to get in touch with their support team. Good luck. This is 100% a scam. Not sure how they have any paying costumers. Going to report this to BBB for further investigation for false advertising on their end.

I wanted to see what Point.me could do before enrolling in the paid version, so I registered for the free version. The answer was: NOTHING. I couldn't search a round-trip ticket or search for more than 1 person. Since my husband and I want to go to Japan (and back!) a one-way search for one person is pointless (pun intended?). Why should I have to pay, if I don't know what the site can do for me? Will not be buying. I'll figure it out with my favorite AI site.

I’m heading to Bali with my daughter and decided to join point.me to help use my points for the trip—such a great decision! I also opted for the $400 concierge service, and it was absolutely worth it. I’m not very tech-savvy, and this booking turned out to be pretty complicated between my recent name change, the length of the trip, and wanting to avoid routing through the Middle East given everything going on. Deena from point.me was incredible—so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She was able to book us two tickets via Singapore and Sydney for just $320 and 380,000 points. I was beyond impressed—this trip would have cost over $8,000 if we had paid cash. Thank you, Deena—you rock!
