This organization/vendor was good until the end. We cancelled per the terms of the agreement but the email address listed for cancellation purposes in the agreement does not work and they said they will not make exceptions and billed us one more cycle. Too bad, we have many other businesses that we might have used their services.

I've been trying to cancel my contract, and even when my business is closed, they don't answer back with the steps to proceed with the contract cancellation. Scammers. Don't sign with them.

No exit to a 12 month contract for 1100.00 per month. Locked in & facing bankruptcy of business due to this. My fault because I didn't do my research. They definitely exaggerated the ROI I'd get. Calls sometimes stuck open and won't disconnect. Text messages are often hard to find or disappear completely. As a small business with no more then 130,000.00 in revenue never paying myself more then 37,000.00 before taxes this will break my business. There is value but not worth that cost especially for service based companies. If they released me from this contract it would be much better for customer relations & retention. If they would give me some kind of pause or relief I'd consider continuing with using their low cost service. They don't care! They are okay that my clients don't want to deal with/interact with AI. They don't care if my business fails. My fault due to inexperience & ignorance. I don't know what I don't know with only two years in business. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS!

Do not trust this company, they offer you lots of tools for your buzinando won’t deliver. They’ll lock you in a contratar and literally steal money from you

Terrible. The AI responds with unrelated content even though I provided my own FAQ’s. I had to call the patient to apologize for the weird response. It then continued to text with this client and did not notify me that the client wanted to schedule an appointment. There were a few days that calls were also not coming through. This happened randomly with no changes made on my end. They don’t tell you it’s a year contract and pressure you hard in the sale. Watch out nice and trusting folks. On their website they claim to have 4.5 stars on google reviews. They don’t have google reviews visible on google. What a lie. Another clue, this is one of the few if not only platform that you can leave a review for free. The other review sites require membership to even leave a review.

Boiler room at its highest level. Stop with the 3-4 calls a week to both of my businesses. I wouldnt do business with them if it were free. Harassment.

DO NOT USE FOR SERVICE TITAN. They do not recognize multiple locations under a customer nor do they recognize multiple contacts. They do not fully understand how the two talk and were unsure where the singular contact that they import comes from or which toggles in service titan will ensure a contact is marked as do not mail/ do not send. After my own trial and error it was found that it will upload the very top contact from service titan. ST does not allow you to edit the order of contacts to ensure the correct main contact is pulled through. You would need to delete and re add contacts being sure to list the desired contact at the very top, and even then they didnt believe the contact would update automatically if the contact changes so you are left editing records in both programs. Despite weeks of effort to create workarounds they still couldnt create a functional product for us to pull through contacts for individual locations. Even despite their program not working with an advertised partner program, they would not let us out of our contract. They also will not escalate a case to someone besides your success manager or the tech team so you cant discuss anything meaningful with a development team or a manager. Really disappointing buildout. If you run a super simple residential company and specifically build service titan profiles in a way that will integrate it might be ok, but it will not keep up with you if you grow or work with customers who have multiple locations.
