Podia has been an excellent platform to host my virtual workshops and membership. I have never had an issue with billing, and I have never received a complaint from my customers either.

I've been using Podia since 2018. The platform is really easy to use, you can manage everything you need so you can concentrate on creating the content. And the team is always there to help you ASAP. Anyway, they have things to improve, for example: the spanish translation, which is sometimes not as accurate as it should be, the site editor (even it works better with each update I still think there are plenty of options missing) or the mailing editor, which would be great if it could incorporate buttons. Even with things to improve, I still think it is the best way to sell my courses and products. The quality of the videos, the speed, and the overall experience for my students and myself as the creator is the best I've found compared with similar services.

I've been using Podia for over 2 years without any issues. During my launch they locked my account for security reasons. I didn't know the account was locked until one of my customers told me the link to my product didn't work. I answered the security questions and waited for my account to be unlocked. It has been 3 days and NOT one word from Podia. On it's website it says customer service 7 days a week. I haven't gotten not one single email. I host my membership on Podia so not only am I locked out my members are locked out as well. After this experience I'm moving my membership to a Wordpress site. I'm done with Podia.

Easy to use with so many features! I was able to set up my website with everything I needed. The only thing missing is a separate editor for mobile view, but everything else I need as a coach is there.

Podia has made creating and sharing information a breeze through its platform. As a creator, I have been fortunate to create digital courses, checklists, and e-books that I can share with the world.

It’s a simple platform which makes creating a ‘website’ for an online course a relatively easy task. There’s a few fiddly things here and a few complicated things there, and also some features that are missing which would vastly improve the user experience. But overall it’s decent, and everyone who has helped me via the online chat support has been extremely pleasant and helpful.

Podia has been helpful for building a website with less hassle and confusion than other building platforms I've tried. It's great to have a community, my course, and my website all in the same place. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because I've had some issues in the past 6 months with communication when I've had questions, but it seems like they're putting more resources into their chat/help functions and things are improving.
