Podia is extremely easy to use, and have had no issues with any bugs or technical problems. Great set of features.

I have had this website less than 2 weeks and have been re evaluating my whole approach in my practice. I nonaligned have either of the payment options they allow you to use so I wanted to get a refund and close the account and move onto something else. They denied me this altogether. It is also hard to understand and this is coming from someone who knows html code for building a website. The instructions don’t help at all either. I don’t have much money as it is just starting out and just got divorced with having been sick for over a decade so now I can’t go pay for another platform that will do what I need it to do.

Podia never disappoints! Updates keep getting better & better, the new email system is super easy and fun to use, the support team is helpful, fast, and goes above and beyond, and the platform itself is the easiest and most fun to use!

As a total technophobe and I have found Podia really easy. Its effortless to use, to design and to add courses, do Summits, build a community and fulfill your online dreams. I love all the new elements, the continual upgrading, and the phenominal customer service. There is always someone ready to help. The tutorials, and help elements are clear with screen shots of each step as well as text. I think your customer service is excellent. New features coming up is brilliant! Easy to use and really fits my needs. One thing that almost tho, is hurting my business is the inability to not "add to cart". My products is all low ticket digital products, and bundles just doesnt work for me. My customers want to choose which products to buy themselves, without having to checkout several times.
