I'm going to lose everything. Recently, they removed the most accessible paid offer at €4 per month. Since October 15, everything has become paid and it's replaced by a free trial. This means that you're going to lose everything if you don't pay the cheapest subscription, that is to say the one at €39 per month, you're going to lose everything, everything will become inaccessible. It's a shame.

Podia is amazing for small time creator like me

This is a difficult platform to navigate. I simply want to send an email and I signed up for the $9 plan, it says it will send a verification code, which I never receive so I can't send the email. There is NO phone number to call to get assistance. Attract well was way more attentive and accessible when help is needed.

Who am I to make you read my opinion? I'm a content creator in the French-speaking countries, with a turnover of over a million euros over the last three years. Suffice to say that my business is doing well. I've been a Podia customer since April 2020 and, to be precise, I've spent over $3,800 on this platform. So believe me, I know what I'm talking about. Overnight, Podia decided to limit the number of videos you can host on the platform. And of course, they presented it as a "great new feature", as if it were a gift. Except that at no point, not when I renewed my subscription, nor at any other time for that matter, was this discussed or announced. What a surprise ! You can imagine that for someone who offers ongoing online course, with a community subscription and new videos every week, this put me in an impossible situation. As a result, I'm forced to use a third-party host like Vimeo to continue working. Just imagine ! After 4 years of loyalty to Podia, I find myself having to migrate more than 1,000 videos and 20,000 students to another platform. Do you have any idea how long that's going to take ? Months of work, all because Podia decided to change the rules on the fly, without warning, without asking, without thinking about the impact it would have on my business. And when I contact support ? They "graciously" offered me 10 extra videos "as a courtesy". Really, thank you from the bottom of my heart for this overwhelming generosity after 4 years of collaboration and thousands of dollars spent. What an honour ! You read that right, 10 videos. For a company that took almost $4,000 from me, that's almost insulting. Too kind, really. The message is simple: if you sign up with Podia, be prepared for them to change the rules at any time, without notice, and without worrying about the impact it will have on your business. They simply don't give a 💩 And one last piece of advice: beware of overly positive reviews. Podia has an affiliate programme that clearly distorts user feedback. People recommend Podia not because it's a good platform, but because they're paid to do so. The reality ? Podia can kill your business overnight. If you value your business, think twice before choosing Podia. You've been warned.

Podia makes it real hard to ask someone a question? i type the message into their message but the send button won't turn blue so i can send a message to ask a question.

Podia is extremely limited. They seem to only know the words "no" or "sorry." I will migrate off the platform as soon as I can.

Worst support ever ! Imagine this, if you are living in Europe and that you need those guys on a saturday you will have to wait until monday evening !! as they start like if their were working in a bank doing their 9 to 5. This is not the way it work on the online business, are they aware of that ? If you look a company such as hostgator, for webhosting and stuff, you can contact them anytime via a chat, with a real human not their "Penny" A.I. scam ! So people , if you are looking for a service that provide support, run away .
