I made a mistake in my order and Paul was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of ordering the additional parts I needed to convert my installation from soft-close only, to soft-open/soft-close. Very happy with the finished product!

I didn’t get the back vertical piece in one of the kits. I instead received two front vertical pieces. I have called and left a message and have not heard back.

Hello Tyler, I’ve looked into this and can see that you responded to our text message about this issue roughly 12 hours before leaving your review, and also spoke with one of our team members around 3 hours prior — who confirmed that a replacement part is already being arranged for you. Could you please clarify where you left the message you mentioned? Our phone system logs don’t show any missed messages from your number, so we’d really like to understand where the mix-up occurred. We’re already resolving the missing part for you, and we’ll update you as soon as it ships. Many thanks, Ben

Really good customer service when ordering, and shipping timely as we requested. One shipping box came damaged, but the inside box was well packed to avoid damage.

First time ordering from them. Excellent customer service and communication. I had questions prior to order and they spent a great amount of time making sure they were all answered. This company will be my go to for all my door items going forward.
