Great product and fast shipping

Super fast delivery and the phone assistance at order time

I had an excellent experience with Pocket Door Superstore and would highly recommend them. What really stood out right away is that their Price Match Guarantee is not just marketing—they actually mean it. I brought them a competing quote, and their team (including Ben) responded quickly, worked through the details, and came back with a better overall deal that made it an easy decision to switch my order over. Their inventory is another huge advantage. Other suppliers I spoke with either didn’t carry all the components I needed or were facing backorders. Pocket Door Superstore had everything in stock and ready to go, which saved me from having to piece together parts from multiple vendors. I was also on a very tight timeline over the weekend and needed a pricing response in time to cancel another order before it was processed Monday morning. They didn’t disappear after business hours—the team responded promptly and got me what I needed in time to make the switch. That level of responsiveness made a real difference. What impressed me just as much was the follow-through. After the order, their team reached out to make sure everything arrived as expected and that I was satisfied. That level of attention is rare. Overall, this is a company that is responsive, well-stocked, and genuinely committed to earning your business. If you’re comparing suppliers, it’s absolutely worth reaching out—they’ll compete on price and back it up with service.

Quality product, delivered promptly.

I was pleasantly surprised. You can actually get someone on the phone. Stevie was easy, pleasant and knowledgeable. I had to return some items (because I had ordered the wrong ones). There was absolutely no problem. I would (and will) order from them again. Pricing was competitive, and the service was great. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, helpful and responsive, with a "that's not a problem" and a real "can do attitude". Excellent follow up and follow through. Like I said - It was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

I have not yet started construction of my pocket door.

We purchased four pocket door Cavity Sliders for our new home. They were easy to install and made of quality. The install is not complete as the doors have not arrived. Any questions we had were answered knowledgebly and courteously. We would highly recommend Pocket Door Superstore.

Extremely helpful and communicative. I ordered a jamb that was not in stock -- Paul reached out to offer solutions and ended up shipping stain grade instead at my option. All items were sent with tracking information, leaving the warehouse 3-5 days after order. It was a little unclear with tracking coming from a different name (presumably the warehouse) but I used my common sense and put two and two together :) I was so thankful that Pocket Door Superstore had a 28" x 90" slider, which is EXACTLY what I was looking for in my kid's bathroom remodel and it fit perfectly. I could not be happier with the delivery and products.
