The product is terrific, the site good, and when a problem arose, the customer service (Bryan) was “above and beyond”…not only is the Epilator more reasonably priced than competitors, it’s a cut above @janky” cheap ones.

100% recommend against. Myself I was sucker enough back in Jan mine arrived I tried this and reviewed it as a waste of money, does not work, total let down and that I’d asked for a refund. To date I have no refund. I was asked for a video showing how it does not work. I’m not sure how you take a video of something not working up close on your body with 2 hands trying to use something that rotates rapidly and doesn’t work. Now they don’t respond to my messages. Good luck if you don’t believe the amount of negative comments on this device. I want a refund. And I have contacted you numerous times.
Response from PluxyMar 28, 2025
Hi Shelley, We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We are so sorry for the frustration this has caused you. We take customer feedback very seriously, and we are fully committed to resolving your concern. Typically, when a customer reports an issue with the product, we ask for a short video. This helps us visually assess the issue and determine the best possible solution. Additionally, if the device is confirmed to be defective, we do not require customers to return their order. We are happy to process the refund or the replacement (depending on your preference). We want to make the resolution process as smooth as possible for you. We would love the opportunity to assist you further. Please kindly respond to our email so we can work toward a solution together. Looking forward to hearing from you!
