Although the Pluxy did not work for me, I would rate the customer support a 10 if I could. Prompt replies, illustrated instructions, and an understanding of the issues I had. Prompt refund. Customer Service from Pluxy was the absolute best!!!!

I have fine peach fuzz on my face & it has worked for me. I've used it twice. I do make multiple passes to make sure I get everything. Instructions say to hold skin taut. I wasn't doing that on my neck & looked down & it grabbed skin & all. I got a nice bruise but thats my fault! I would still recommend!

Unfortunately the product did not work for me, however when reaching out to Pluxy with my concerns and to request a refund, they did not hesitate. They acknowledged my concerns, expressed empathy and refunded my purchase without any unnecessary challenge. In a time where customer service is almost non existent, they were truly a pleasant surprise.
