I ordered the dress 3 months ahead of time. 3 weeks before the wedding and 3 weeks AFTER it was supposed to arrive, still no dress. I was in contact with them every day about when the dress would arrive. No one ever answers the phone. The communication is non-existent. I am still waiting for a refund due to the fact that I had to scramble to find another dress, and the dress I ordered from them is not in my possession to this day. Worst service ever. Do not use this company.

I did a search for Alfred Angelo and used Plus Size Bridal because they had the LOWEST price even though I wear a Size 6. Absolutely NO hassle, just place the order and wait. I received the dress 2 weeks ahead of the estimated shipping date.

After we finally got the dresses, I was pleased. Took a little over 3 months to get my order, as Alfred Angelo's warehouse didn't ship all of my dresses in one package to PSBridal. Now that we have them I must say I'm ok with the fact we had to wait a little bit longer to get them. They fit my BM's perfectly, and the quality of the dresses are great. Colors and sizes were exactly as shown. To top it all off I got the dresses for less than half of what I had found them for where I purchased my wedding gown.

Let me start my review by saying, I got my dress today (in time for the event on Sept 29) and with time to make alterations. The dress was beautiful, impecable quality, and just as I expected. Not to mention, the sizing chart that I went by was right on. I ordered the dress in May and knew that I would still be pregnant in September. This is one of the biggest reasons that I purchased online. I knew that a store salesperson probably would have talked me into a dress several sizes up. Because I know my own body and the fit and flow of the dress, I did not take the hip measurement into great consideration (which was totally my call and could have turned out badly). However, the dress will only have to be altered slightly and I am super pleased with the fit. If you would have asked me while waiting for my dress if I trusted this company or not, I might have told you that I wished I would have purchased my dress in a store to give me more piece of mind based on the time of delivery. The other bridesmaids that ordered their dresses in brick and mortar stores around the same time as me got their dresses far before me (this is probably what heightened my anxiety the most). However, I paid a lot less than them. I have two complaints-1. I waited 15 weeks and 1 day for my dress. (the website ESTIMATES 10-12 weeks) I know this is an estimate but it still made me squirm 2. Anytime I called, I was, without fail, greeted by an answering machine. I did get a call back within a couple of business days always. But this, too, made me squirm. A plus-when the dress was shipped-the communication was flawless with tracking numbers and personal e mails. Would I purchase a bridesmaid dress again online, ugghhh MAYBE and if I did, I would allow a ridiculous amount of time for arrival. Why? This is someone elses event in which I had to have a dress that matched all the other bridesmaids. It is not like I could reinvent the wheel and go purchase my own dress or another bridal gown if things went wrong. I was totally at the mercy of a company in which I could not go see someone personally to get answers. Their biggest strong point--price. Overall, I feel grateful and relieved to have my dress. I am not sure that is how one is supposed to feel as a consumer.

I think it's funny that I'm being asked to review my purchase, when it has yet to be delivered to me, and is over a month late. I have received no information despite sending a few inquiries as to where it might be or when it might come. I need to fly out for the wedding in just over a week. Helllooo? Is anybody out there??? Where is my dress?

I was a procrastinating bride when it came to deciding on my bridemaid dresses. I can not thank PS Bridal enough for exceeding my expectations! The dresses are PERFECT! Thank you for saving my bridemaids money AND having them to me exactly when promised. I would highly recommend this company to all brides!

The only thing that I can speak to right now is the lack of response from the company. I have tried calling and emailing MANY, MANY times over the last week and no one has gotten back to me. My dress was scheduled to ship last week and I have not heard anything from the company. If someone could please respond to me, it would be great! I would love to write an actual review for the dress that I am hoping will be amazing!!!!

Weddings can get expensive, from dresses, to shoes, to hair, and make up. As a bridesmaid, I surfed the web in search for a bridesmaid dress and compared prices to many boutiques and other online websites that specialize in weddings. I live in Hawaii, and shipping to Hawaii can get really expensive. Some online shops don't even ship to Hawaii, therefore finding a website that had the specific dress I needed and having to ship it to me was a challenge. I came across PSBridal.com where an employee named Janette helped me find the dress I needed and help me with finding the cheapest way to get the dress to me in time for the wedding with time to spare to make necessary alterations. She went way out of her way and I just appreciate people like that who really do care and want to help. Because of this experience and the excellent customer service I received, I give PSBridal thumbs up, and would totally recommend others in search for wedding/bridesmaid dresses to buy it from PSBridal.
