Never again…
Site said the rug was in stock. After purchase, immediately got an email saying it was on back order - for up to a year?! It may, in fact, be discontinued. ——- Edit: after I made my initial review on here, trust pilot replied that it *did say the item was out of stock on their website - with apologies. That is absolutely not true. I just checked my order confirmation email and it even gave a ship date of September 1, 2023 Do not believe trust pilots replies on here. I have copies of all docs mentioned.

I'm very sorry the rug was unavailable, I know how frustrating that can be to find the right item and find out it's not available. I must mention that unfortunately at the time you placed the order the listing did indicate that it was out-of-stock. Our website does allow for orders to be placed for out of stock goods as long as they are not discontinued. I'll be sure to speak with the team to see if there's anything different we can do with the "out of stock" flag on product pages to ensure it's easier to see in the future. - The PlushRugs Team

Handsome Look!
The carpet was delivered in a timely manner and packed appropriately. It resembled the advertised piece and worked perfectly on our studio concrete floors. Now I do need a pad for underneath to give it a finished look. Thanks!!
