PlushRugsReviews of plushrugs.com

Rug nicer than expected and delivered early. Will use again. Thank you!

Very nice product at a fair price!

quick shipping. Liked that I was kept informed but wished that I could have followed my tracking. the rug is very unique. The colors were lighter and more subtle than the internet. I could not be any happier with this rug or the company. They had the best price on this rug, and I shopped around a lot

Great product, great customer service.

I love this rug is 100% New Zealand wool. It is in between modern and traditional. The flowers are both blue and teal blue. They have both yarn colors muted together. It will not show dirt because I bought the tobacco. Plush rugs also gave me a sale price even 500$ plus lower than other sites. I do see some darker charcoal patterns toward one third of my rug which is my only drawback. Now, about color. Lighting on websites can be very deceiving. And this was not toooo deceiving , but a little. The colors are more true to online photos on a bleakly cloudy day. But on a day with lots of sunshine, the light streaming through windows lightens the tobacco color and all the colors significantly to nearly a distressed feeling. However, this distressed rug thing is trendy currently. Again, I love it, though. And the lighting may have to do with the darker area in the rug being merely shadowing from places where windows let in less light, as looking at the area now, from a distance, not noticeable! Just get this. Again, it is a perfect compromise between traditional, flowery - what my daughter offensively keeps calling “old lady style” rugs - and current high end trends. I think the medallion, geometrical flower pattern as opposed to whimsical, swirling flowers or even Asian rug patterns helps with that. In fact, my daughter loved it! It updates a room, but you still get the pleasing blue color and flowers. Now, about the charcoal. It is true to color charcoal gray, dark gray not black. And the brown. Yes, it’s tobacco. Brown brown, but not that orangish brown. Just true brown. When I ordered the sample from another site first, the blue flowers were not on it. Worried, the teal was too turquoise, and not blue too, I ordered anyway. It was all wonderful. Thank you for working with me and answering all my questions in the process. Your customer service was very informative and took time with me, and even called the rug manufacturer.

Ordering on the website was easy ( even for a 70 yr. old). Rug was shipped quickly and received even quicker! Very happy with the rug runner which is great quality and looks beautiful in the hallway.

Great web site, good communication about availability and fast delivery.

Very quick response and informative.
