I have used Plush twice and both times went excellent. It is exactly like a visit to your general provider. The doctors are on time for the appointment, thorough in evaluation and treat you exactly how you would be in an office visit (except online) the app is easy to navigate, the scripts are sent by the Dr. to a pharmacy of your choosing. It's simple and uncomplicated. I tried K-health for the exact same issue as it was cheaper and was not treated at all in my opinion. The Dr. only chatted through text on the app which was difficult to use to explain the problem as you could only choose from options preset. They just took my money basically, and told me I needed to see a Dr. no prescription for my obvious infection traveling and eager to leave the chat so I had to get back on 3 times with doctors each time a different doctor. Use Plush for sure if it is a non-emergency issue.

My provider was professional and caring

I started using PlushCare because my PCP in the town I just moved to wouldn’t address some health issues that were concerning me. I’m so glad I did. My Plush doctor not only listened to my concerns, but helped with finding the right medication to treat my issues. My mother also used it when she was sick with COVID and was very happy.

I was having an issue with acne for several months due to hormonal changes. I was prescribed medicine for my acne and advise how to clear it up. The information that was provided by the physician helped to reduce the inflammation and outbreaks. My scars are healing and the acne is going away after one treatment of the medicine that was prescribed. I am very happy and satisfied with my results l will definitely use PlushCare again.

Dear Ryan. You’re team was a Godsend for me. We were visiting our second home in the northern WV countryside near Pittsburgh PA, Labor Day WE, when I contracted Covid. My doctors office in Alexandria VA has no place to call in to because they have out patient clinics set up for WE’s and Holidays. The Emergency Rooms locally were not very knowledgeable of current Covid practices Paxlovid, Monoclonal Antibodies and doubted my home test. My sister, who is trained in microbiology and whose husband is a doctor shared that a friend of hers (who is a doctors wife) had had to reach out to your company in a similar time of need. I set up an appointment with Dr Andrew Van Vugt and he went through my symptoms, explained why Paxlovid was not for me (Afib) and suggested Monoclonal Antibody Treatment. I chose a small local hospital that was on the government list that Dr. van Vugt sent. The pharmacy sent him an RX form which your team sent back and I was scheduled. I was originally scheduled for Friday (tomorrow) but they had a cancellation and I had the Monoclonal Antibody injection yesterday morning. While I am still suffering, I am ALOT better and can tell that your teams efforts have made all the difference. Thank goodness you exist! And what a great delivery method. My only sadness is that you do not take Medicare part A&B and Tricare for Life for insurance. I would probably use you as my primary care. But I did sign up and will use you for this type of service. I do believe that if I had not found you, I would have suffered much longer until I felt well enough to get back to the Alexandria VA area where our primary providers are located. Which could have resulted in long term Covid issues. Also a SHOUT OUT to the call in team. They are fabulous. Patient and understand what is going on. You have a great service going here. I have only had good experiences with the doctors on Plushcare. I recently tested positive for covid and was able to quickly see a doctor for anti-viral meds because I am high-risk. It would have been miserable to sit in a urgent care office for three hours. I am grateful for this service. Only complaint is I can't get their app to work on my new Pixel 5a. The website still works great though.

Doctors are very competent knowledgeable the service is quick and convenient I would recommend plus care to anybody that dislikes the inconveniences of the world these days and visiting a physical doctor's office
