I'm seeing all these negative reviews and wondering why I've had such great luck with this service. I couldn't get in to see my PCP for months so I tried out this service and have seen the same provider, Dr. Rosenthal, 3 times. Maybe it's because I'm a nurse, but each time I've had no issues with the visit or her recommendations. I've chatted with her in my pajamas in my bedroom and even in a parking lot so the convenience can't be beat. In addition, follow-up from the team on prescription changes and lab results has been seamless. I don't intend to pay the subscription fee, but if I need them again, I would sign up for an individual month.

What made this experience great was being able to get an antibiotic quickly for my sickness without having to sit in an urgent care all day. Also, Dr. Waner was fantastic and super helpful!
