I was not impressed with the service,I feel I need an antibiotic she prescribed some tessellon pills and a steroid to collect the $118.00 I wont use them again.

I have checked my bank account and for over 3 years I’ve been charged $30+ (Aus) for something I did not authorise. When I had reached out to them via email they said they do not have my information on file. Why are you charging me on a monthly basis when I have never used your service. I am also unable to get through to the phone number provided. It seems as though it is an AI or automatic email response. I can’t get through to anyone and I keep sending them screenshots of my transactions taken out. This is a scam and needs to be stopped immediately!! I will be contacting my my bank and authorities.

In full disclosure, as a physician myself, I try to avoid going to see my kind for care - and PlushCare provides an example as to why. PlushCare receives its highest marks for convenience. Is it convenient? Sure, for one-time or semi-urgent needs. But that is where even the benefit of their greatest accolade ends. Need longer term care? Ha! Forget convenience! For example, you should NOT be required to be seen (and charged), and your insurance company should not have to cover visits, every 3 months for medication refills - especially refills of a common medication for which frequent medical monitoring is rarely (if ever) recommended. THAT was not convenient - that is a money grab; it should be fraud since it increases the cost of care and it is not at all medically necessary. Then there is the customer service and...well, that is where my membership ended.

An organic search of "online doctors who accept Medicare" had PlushCare as the top result. I set an appointment, and the doctor never showed up. While getting a refund, I was told my initial charges were so high because they do not accept Medicare. What a joke!!!!!!! Avoid these frauds.

I tried to schedule my appointment for 3/28/26, and it scheduled me for noon today. I canceled the appointment within 5 minutes and was told I’d be charged $75.00 for a late cancellation. I don’t think that’s fair.

Great doctor BUT PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely awful experience. Do not use this company! Direct violations of the federal CURES act refusing to release lab results in a timely fashion. No followup. Do not recommend.
