The website is easy to navigate and makes pricing and things very clear before moving forward with any appointments; and the pricing is quite affordable especially when compared to alternatives. There is a large selection of practioners to choose from. Appointments were available in as soon as 15min. The video call was fairly quick and convenient while still being comprehensive. The doctor I saw was personable, knowledgeable regarding the topics I needed to discuss, and made it easy to get on-board with a treatment plan without feeling nervous or ill prepared. She requested blood work to get a baseline before just throwing medication immediately at the issue which I feel is a responsible practice and I really appreciated that. I had brought up the concern that labs were very expensive for me since they are only covered after deductible which I never meet in a year, so I would prefer absolutely necessary ones only and she explained that the PlushCare service has a contract with Quest where I could pay cash for the labs through PlushCare at a discount; so the same labs that I had previously that were upwards of $400 with my insurance ended up being less than $100 through PlushCare, and I was able to get the full panel she requested! She went on to everything in detail based on the rationale for her suggested plan to move forward and accepted and incorporated my input into a plan we were both happy with. I've since made another appointment for follow-up after the lab results were in. Overall, it has been a delightful experience so far and I would recommend the service to friends and family. Travel is less, cost is less, and appointment times are far more convenient to squeeze in for us busy folks.

I loved the speed with which I got an appointment. I was seen via zoom within 45 minutes of booking my appointment. I looked up the doctor's biography and she was very well trained and experienced. I liked her direct, no-nonsense style. I also liked how she confirmed my identity, birthdate, city etc. I did the appointment from my desktop computer with an attached camera. The doctor was able to have me move the camera around to see my weird rash. She assured me it wasn't something more sinister like scabies or fungus. I got a prescription that day. As a nurse, I am very picky. But I must say I was thoroughly impressed.

Easy to make appt. For the doctor of choice, by their time slots they have available and which was convenient for me.

Dr. Burnham is always clear, concise, and caring when treating me. The ease and convenience of the appointment makes things so much easier as well.
