While moving I recently became ill, not with COVID-19 but some other sickness going around in my state. The small town I was moving to, which is over 200 mi from my physician's office, has no walk-in clinic / urgent Care. Thank God for PlushCare, I signed up, and had an excellent virtual visit with Dr. Crabtree, all in the same day. My Prescription was called in quickly, and I am finally on the mend. Very convenient and easy to become a member.

System was easy to use, and my doctor was awesome. Knew exactly what to prescribe me, and was very personable.

It was very simple to book a virtual appointment. The Dr was very prompt in calling me 20 minutes earlier than my appointment. And it only took about 10 minutes and I had a prescription waiting on me at the pharmacy.

I do not have the easiest transportation method, as my car recently broke down. Being able to do a standard Doctor's Visit from home, especially regarding something like a very painful ear infection, is extremely convenient for these situations. The doctors I have had visits with thus far have been very informative, professional, and patient with my questions and concerns. I would recommend Dr. David Crabtree, who assisted me in getting the proper antibiotic for my painful ear infection.

Outstanding care! I used this service on vacation when my pediatrician was not calling me back. Dr Sayess was smart and thoughtful- prescribed antibiotics for an ear infection and gave me her email if I had problems filling the script . My sons ear ruptured and I emailed her- she responded promptly and placed another script for ear drops . Better care than my own pediatrician. Thankful for the plush care service .

I just had my appointment virtually, and I was very impressed. I am not easily impressed by physicians. This was the most comfortable doctor visit I have ever had. When I am sick, the last thing I want to do is physically go to an office and wait 3 hours to see a doctor that feels like his time is more important than mine. I did not have to wait at all for the doctor. I rarely have time to eat with my schedule so making a doctor appointment is extremely difficult for me. This doctor was on time and didn’t talk to me like I was an idiot. I had decided in 10 minutes that this needed to be my primary care provider, and the doctor suggested I keep a primary care physician close to home. Very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. I will be keeping PlushCare.

I woke up sick at 3 am went on the App and scheduled an appt for 6 AM. Dr was very attentive, asked questions, listened and prescribed my meds.
