Will charge for visit when cancelled days in advance. Cancelled because this doctor has zero bedside manners and GOD complex. Switched insurance companies because of him weeks before. He tried to bill insurance after I cancelled appointment and then billed me. Do not use him. Zero stars.

Absolutely a waste of money. The fact that the doctor did not even bother to have an appropriate background behind her for the call should have been my first clue. Instead it was a tacky bookshelf with kids toys. All I needed was an antibiotic for a sinus infection. The only reason I used this service was because it was a Sunday. She refused to give me a prescription so basically I paid for a phone call that produced zero results. Just go see a real doctor. This will be a waste of your time and most importantly....your money.

I've had good experiences with providers but this last one earned them one star. He wanted to play god with my dosage, not fill a full month, and even called in the wrong dose. They are expensive as it is. I felt dehumanized. I'm not even on a controlled substance and he treated me like I was drug seeking for a medication that a specialist put me on six years ago. Dr. Gomez - stay away. Horrible service and false advertising. They're supposed to fill a 30 day supply.

I scheduled an appointment and then it was cancelled because the doctor had an emergency. That’s all fine and well. I scheduled an appointment with another doctor. I received a call that the doctor may not be able to prescribe anti depressants due to other medicines I was taking, but I was told I could still have the appointment and talk with them. Then a couple hours later they just cancelled my appointment and said what I needed was not in the “scope” of what they do. I felt that it was really unprofessional and I do not recommend them.

They charged me $99 then canceled and when I asked for a refund they asked for my bank account information.

My husband had one appointment with a doctor with Plushcare trying to get help with his Alcohol Use Disorder. In about 10 minutes total on the call, the doctor was extremely rude and dismissive of my husband's alcohol problem and went as far as to say that he didn't even want to quit drinking as well as other terrible things. We decided to hang up and close our laptop. We have spent hours on the phone trying to get a refund for a charge to our HSA account for over $100. We are well past our annual deductible due to alcohol complications, so any money from our HSA is as good as cash to pay for our deductible that we are still making payments on. I've been told we would be refunded multiple times, both in writing via email and on the phone. After dozens of emails from both me and my wife to Veronica at Plushcare last year, we finally gave up and she quit replying to both of our emails, even though the problem was never resolved.

Booked an appointment only to have the doctor cancel it 30 minutes later. It was for an illness listed on their website. If they don’t treat illness they specialize in I’m not sure what the doctors treat. Don’t waste your time with this online healthcare provider.

They charged me monthly fees without billing me. It will not allow you to delete payment information. They will not provide any refunds. PLEASE, THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT DOWNLOAD. There are better options for online care!
