Appointment by video call was very convenient. Additionally, germs stayed at my house...so others didn't have to be exposed as is the case with in-house doctor appointments. Plus my symptoms were treated without having to go through tests which can get costly. A+ from me.

Generally speaking I simply do not have the time to wait in waiting rooms or these hour or minute clinics. As an executive, I fly almost every week and I find the simplicity of Plush Care to be invaluable. I have yet to wait on a Physician. Every interaction has been professional and timely. I am actually impressed at the politeness of the Physician's as well. They actually understand my schedule and work accordingly.

Great service. 24 hour customer service. Knowledgeable doctor. Good bedside manner. Summed up my condition quickly and decisively. Paperwork was all handled first thing the next day and medication was waiting at pharmacy by mid day.

My recent experience with Plush Medical was pleasant. The doctor addressed my issue and was very nice. Telemed is still a new industry. I’ve been frustrated with providers in the past, including Plush, but I think the technology and service will only improve in time.

It is so refreshing to have a provider see you in less than 30 min. Have a friendly face to greet you, ready to listen and come up with a solution. The only comment/suggestion that I may think of is to have the provider ask the patient "is there anything else I can d for you?" My appointment lasted, literally, less than 3 min. It left me with a feeling of being a part of the "conveyor service." Nevertheless, I will 100 times choose that over a several days waiting to see someone. I am a fairly healthy person, see my care provider once in 2-3 years, but lately it was impossible to schedule anything sooner than several days in advance.

The signed up process was easy and fast. I was able to choose which Doctor I wanted with same day appointment availability. I’m truly happy with my decision.

Dr. McNulty is an excellent provider. She is prompt, kind and easy to talk. She listens intently and clarifies what is going on to make sure the best course of treatment is recommended. Highly recommend her and plush care.
