The doctor does not work in your best interests, and will want you to keep using the app to charge you the membership fees. I also requested for a refund because of the lack of service but will not give me the refund quoting terms of service. I realize that this company will not work in your best interests. Will not recommend to anyone who needs help.

During my session with the Plushcare physician I was told I am to medically complicated for her to help me. My interaction with the Doctor was less then a minute. I would not recommend PlushCare to anyone If this is the level of care they provide.

The Plushcare doctor told me that despite the fact that I had COVID symptoms, he could not give me an excuse note (it was not even for work) because I could be lying about my symptoms? I really would not want to give anybody my illness. I used another telehealth service and was diagnosed in less than five minutes. Save your money and your time and use a service other than Plushcare. I'm just sorry that I spent my hard-earned money.

Got ahold of a doctor because I thought they would be able to get me treatment as the website said they could for an STD I thought I had contracted (later to find out from a clinic that I went to and they tested me for FREE and I was negative....) Today I get an email for a bill.... $189!!!! The doctor said, I will advise you to go to a local clinic.. thats it.. that was the great medical expertise I was given.. $189 to be told to just go to a local clinic... RIP OFF! Go to a real doctor in person if you can because this business is a joke!

Horrible! Dr. Marcelina Benham-Curry didn't bother to listen, told me to get a covid test and then hung up on me. N E V E R again and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this scam. COMPLETE RIPOFF!

Absolute joke. I’ve used other telehealth services and was very pleased. The Plushcare doctor was a joke though and shouldn’t be in telehealth. Her first question was, “Why aren’t you going to a doctor in person?”. I explained that it was the middle of COVID and there was a high risk individual in the household so we were maintaining our bubble. She didn’t seem to think there was any reason to do that and then said there was nothing she could do to help me. I used another telehealth service and was diagnosed and prescribed an antibiotic in less than five minutes. Save your money and your time and use a service other than Plushcare.

Something tells me they're going to try to charge me even though a doctor never showed up for my appointment. I spent thirty minutes on an empty video before giving up.

I wanted to get a renewal of a prescription that I have had, I even sent a picture of the bottle that has my name and dosage on it. He prescribed me 10mg instead of 20mg and no refills. I would have never spent my money on here had I known. I’ve request a refund and have had no reply from plushealth. I’ll be posting this online as well Update: so Ethan asks me to Email him directly which I did on September 7th since then no reply… I don’t see this as a viable option to healthcare the way this company is operating. Update: Ethan did reply today and has confirmed I wasn’t charged. I’m sure they are doing the best they can, I would’ve just liked them to be more clear that it would not be a substitute for a pcp, and any prescription would be 1 time, maybe that was my fault
